Stay safe

Here at Whit's Lit we care about you having the safest and best burn experience possible. Here are a few steps and tips to assist you with your experience.

• Trim the wick to 1/4"  before every burn.
• Never leave a candle burning unattended.
• Do not burn the candle longer than 2 hours at a time.
• When burning the first time, allow it to burn for at least 2 hours to avoid tunneling.
• Keep away from children's and pets.
• Keep away from things that may catch on fire or is flammable. 
• Stay clear of lighting near drifts.

 Extinguish a candle properly by getting near the flame close enough to blow out. Or you can get a snuffer. Do not use your hand. Apply baking soda on a candle fire.
